What forms of payment do you accept?
1. How long will it take for delivery and pick-up?
It takes approximately 30-40 minutes for each delivery and pick-up of the inflatable bounce houses.

2. Where is the ideal spot to setup the bounce house?
The best location is a flat, open, grassy area with no slopes. Make sure there are no overhanging trees that can cause damage to the unit. 20 square foot area with 20 feet of overhead clearance is a good general rule.

3. What are the electrical requirements for the units?
All of our bounce houses require one standard 110V household outlet. We provide extension cords for outlets within 100 feet of unit.

4. How do I book or reserve an inflatable bounce house?

5. What about deposits, payments, and cancelations?
We do not require a deposit unless you have reserved more
than one bounce house. If you must cancel, please call us as soon as possible so we can make the bounce house available another customer. Once we setup, there is no refund. Payment is due at setup.

6. What is the rain or bad weather policy?
We reserve the right not to setup if bad weather is pending.
If we cancel due to weather you will not be charged. We try to stay in contact when it appears the weather may be an issue and work with you to determine if your guests and bounce house can be enjoyed safely. If a bounce house is setup and the weather changes during the day creating an unsafe condition, we reserve the right to tear the unit down. There are no refunds for units once they have been setup.

7. What time do you setup and teardown the bounce houses?
We start delivering at 8:00am and stop between
9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

8. How many children can bounce at the same time?
The following list is a guide only. Children should be of similar ages and weights
for the safest bounce house experience:
- Ages 3 to 8 ....... 8 to 10 children (depending on size)
- Ages 9 to 12 .......6 or 7 children
- Ages 13 to 16 .....4 to 6 children
We recommend you only allow children of the same age and weight in the bounce house at any particular time.

9. What is the size of the units?
All of our bounce houses measure 15ft x 15ft square and have heights of 12 to 15 feet.

10. Do you offer generators
for parties where no power source is available (parks, open spaces, etc)
?
For safety reasons we do not offer generators at this time and will not connect a bounce house to a generator.

We accept cash and personal checks (NSF fee of $35) for payment on day of event.
